We are a small family run business, including Wanderlust Building and Loft owners, property manager/host, housekeeper, and Farewell Coffee/Wine Bar owners downstairs.

This is our dream, and we hope your experience here is truly unique and enjoyable.

Early Check-In: We attempt to accommodate early check-in requests.

Parking: There is dedicated parking on-site at the Wanderlust Building. However, as downtown is quite busy these days, we cannot always guarantee the spots will be available. There are plenty of non-paid spots within a block of the building. There is also a paid lot right across the street. There is a covered paid parking deck 2 blocks north on Lexington Ave.

Pets: We love dogs; however, pets are not allowed in the lofts; bringing them will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your reservation and full rate of your reservation. We abide by North Carolina state law; if you have a service animal, we require disclosure and a copy of HHSD registration prior to your arrival.

General: Policies and house rules made available at booking. Feel free to reach out with questions.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the premises of the Wanderlust Building property.

Cancellations: Guests can receive a full refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, and if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to check-in. Guests may also receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in. For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in during low season (1/2-3/15)and between 10-30 days prior to check-in during high season (3/16-12/31), guests will receive 50% for all nights plus housekeeping. If guests cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in, housekeeping fees only will be refunded. Cancellations due to covid are also subject to the stated policy. Reservation cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee and any paypal processing fees. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservation without further obligation if completed Rental Agreement and security deposit are not submitted prior to reservation.

COVID19 Updates: As the world reopens for travel, we understand people will be more concerned than ever about the cleanliness of their vacation rentals. In an effort to deliver the experience travelers need to feel safe, we are applying comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting techniques in accordance with guidelines  from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We also have dedicated housekeeping staff who only work for us. We also use contactless check-in/check-out procedures.
